Girls Club is an inclusive enrichment group created to give young girls a fun and welcoming space to connect, create, play, and build friendships while being fully themselves. All girlies are welcome! We believe there is so much to learn from different personalities, perspectives, communication styles, sensory preferences, and ways of experiencing the world. Each gathering includes unique sensory experiences, hands-on art and creative projects, interactive stories and activities, and plenty of time to socialize and play with new and familiar friends. Through these shared experiences, girls can explore creativity, self-expression, connection, and an appreciation for what makes each person unique. Girls Club is open to the whole community! You do not need to be a current SLP Riley client to participate. We encourage you to share with friends, siblings, classmates, and other girlies who would enjoy joining us—the more perspectives we bring together, the more we can learn from one another!
Enrichment Group Disclaimer
All enrichment classes offered by SLP Riley are general education programs designed to provide fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences through play, creativity, exploration, and peer interaction.
Although SLP Riley separately provides speech-language pathology services, these enrichment classes are independent of clinical services and are not speech-language therapy, special education programs, or IEP-related services. Classes do not include individualized treatment plans, therapeutic goals, or clinical progress monitoring.
Participation is recreational and educational in nature, and classes are open to students regardless of disability status or whether they receive special education or related services.
